In recently working with interviewees who want to be best prepared for the entry level workplace, it was found that a common concern when considering weakness in the workplace has to do with the ability to delegate. It can be tempting to want to take care of everything yourself. You may feel that you can complete the work faster and maybe even be more efficient at it. This may or may not be true.
Have you ever given your colleague and/or employee a chance to work on that task? Maybe they have a way of doing it that you never thought of before. Maybe their way is actually more effective. And guess what?! It now frees up time for you to work on something else of even greater importance!
